Not a medical device or health authority system

ClinicArchitect is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or Ministry of Health–approved health software. It cannot be used to write prescriptions, make diagnoses, recommend treatment, or replace professional medical judgment. It has no integration with e-Nabız, Medula, e-prescription systems, or any official health authority.

No payment or financial processing

The Service does not collect patient, customer, or client payments, issue invoices, or interfere with financial transactions. We do not offer in-clinic credit card or payment gateway integration. Subscription fees are charged only through the Apple App Store or Google Play; ClinicArchitect does not store credit card numbers.

Information management only

The Service is provided solely to help you keep your records organized, manage patient/customer/client information, schedule appointments on your calendar, and track operations. Notes, diagnosis fields, and financial notes entered by users are informational records entered by the clinic only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, legality, or medical validity. All medical, legal, and financial responsibility remains with clinic staff.

We do not sell or share your data

We do **not sell** personal or patient data and do **not share** it with third parties for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes. Data is transferred only to essential sub-processors required to operate the Service (hosting, authentication, push notifications, file storage, subscription status).
