1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the ClinicArchitect platform ("Service") provided by Caymaz TechHealth Yazilim Tic. Ltd. Sti. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

ClinicArchitect is a SaaS platform for clinic management, patient tracking, appointments, and staff management via mobile app and web portal. Subscriptions are sold only through mobile app stores, not on the website.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1. Plans: Premium and Pro plans are offered in the mobile app. 3.2. Trial: Plans may include a 7-day free trial. 3.3. Payment: Processed via App Store or Google Play; we do not store payment card data. 3.4. Cancellation: Via store account settings. 3.5. Refunds: Store policies apply.

4. Plan Limits

Premium plan may limit staff and custom patient fields. Upgrades may be required; existing data is preserved.

5. User Obligations

You agree to: • Use the Service lawfully and per these Terms • Keep credentials confidential • Not provide false information • Process patient data under applicable data protection laws (, , etc.); as you are responsible for patient notices and consents

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and software are owned by Caymaz TechHealth. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for clinic management only.

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.

11. Changes

Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
